Prabhudas Kirtan, a renowned sound healer, Kirtan artist and founder of The Yoga Gauranga Foundation, is teaming up with The Ganga Jala Band for a chill musical experience that blends Bhakti Yoga with relaxing sound vibes. The goal is to create a peaceful atmosphere with mellow music meditation, helping everyone find inner peace and spiritual insight.
Prabhudas Kirtan, established The Yoga Gauranga Foundation in the early 2000s. He has been promoting Sound Healing, Meditation, Kirtan and Bhakti Yoga since 1978, with the release of the music albums "Haribol" and "Mahal", and through various lectures, seminars and retreats in New Jersey, New York, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, California and parts of Asia.
Prabhudas Kirtan , an accomplished composer and musician, won 9 Global Music Awards and has written several books. His latest book, “The Many Names of One God” is now available at the Barnes and Noble Bookstore, under his pen name Pablito Dadivas. His earlier books entitled “Mother Sun”, “Anak Araw” and “Heart of the Lotus” are catalogued at Yale University, Cornell University Libraries and the Library of Congress.
Bhakti Yoga: Prabhudas, will explain the benefits of hearing, chanting, and singing yoga music sound vibrations. He'll use a "Call and Response" method to get everyone involved in chanting beautiful mantras with musical instruments.
Meditation Techniques: You'll learn Japa Meditation, which is all about softly chanting spiritual mantras with mala beads and focusing on the tactile experience while meditating.
Kirtan Concert: The event wraps up with a Kirtan concert where you can join in melodic mantra meditation through hearing, singing, and dancing.
